“We had a wonderful time at this location. The home's setup was lovely, and we were tucked away from any other people on the property. There was plenty for us to do, between exploring the property, fishing in the pond, and relaxing on the porch. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. The kitchen is well prepped with the basics for your stay (pots, pans, utensils, plates). Coffee is a Keurig machine. We ended up having to go to a store for coffee pods (there were only tea……

The home was enormous and the kids loved playing hide and seek. The three fridges and freezers was plenty of space for all the food and drinks we had. “I knew right away this trip was going to be special. The check-in process was a breeze. We arrived at night and found the home clean and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. The home was spotless and sleeping quarters better than expected. We all slept comfortably in our own beds. We didn’t need to eat out. We cooked all our meals at home saving a ton of money. We used the grill to bbq and chill out on the patio. The swimming pool and hot tub were super clean and also inviting.……

“Our granddaughter was graduating in nearby Hutto which made the Acadia House a perfect location for us. Our grandson (9) had a blast in the creek trying to catch the minnows as well as hunting for rocks and shells! Patio was great at night for relaxing with the nice breeze back there! “After reading reviews about hearing the bar across the street, I was nervous that we would not be getting the quiet weekend away that I had planned, but the music was actually great! We ended up sitting on the porch all three nights we were there enjoying the music and dancing on the porch. Def one of my favorite places that we have ever stayed.”

“The house was spacious and the pool table was a plus. This house will be great for families and golf groups. A couple of suggestions…the mirror in the front bedroom is so high I I couldn’t see myself in it and I’m 5’5”. Might consider lowering it. No wash rags in the bathrooms so had to use hand towels to wash face and clean-up. Lastly, the cushions on the bench on back patio are dirty. You might consider replacing them and keeping them in the house when it isn’t being used. Kitchen is……

“A nice studio in Taylor neighborhoods. Short drive to Georgetown, Round Rock, or rural towns such as Granger. Quiet, laid back, very nice.”

“It was very quiet and beautiful setting. Easy to find but last stretch was a gravel road but ok I am 85 and didn’t feel safe to take a shower. No handle bars. And friend with me had trouble turning the shower on. I did like the window unit in the bedrooms. Kept really cool on that hot night. Bed was very comfortable. ”
