Hotel was quiet and spacious. But wifi was terrible and room needs to be refurbished. But main concern was with check-in: it would have saved a great deal of stress and confusion if we’d been told the check-in procedures before beginning our trip - at least a day in advance. As it was, we arrived at the hotel with reception closed, no wifi, no phone linked to a local network. We were lucky to even get into the lobby. It was only through some creativity we were able to find out how to access our room key, and after a stressful period of uncertainty. This was not a good start to our stay.

Our Atlas apartment was clean, in a great location, and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were lovely, and for us, the visitor parking was a great option when our son came to visit. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

"Excellent stay in a very comfortable (and spacious) room. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Really appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the room, especially after a very long flight. Staff all very friendly."

"Hotel needs a bit of work is the short of it. Half of the lifts were out of service and few doors were open during the night. The room itself is nice and comfortable but just lacks updating.
