"The front desk staff person, Andrea, was so helpful and accommodating, she explained everything about the hotel and my stay - and especially about how making it to check in for my flight the next morning at the airport, which is attached to the hotel. Andrea was very kind and very pleasant in helping me check in, especially since I was quite exhausted from long travel to arrive."
