"This place was amazing! Top-notch!! The amenities, spaciousness, beautiful decor with large bedrooms and bathrooms was unbeatable. View of the lake was awesome. Wish the weather was nicer so we could’ve gone out on a boat. Made the most of it and had a great stay with our longtime friends. 5 couples we travel with once a year. This year was epic! Would definitely recommend. "

"We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at this property. Nice to be a little further away from the hustle and bustle of town, in a quiet neighborhood. At the same time, an easy drive to restaurants and shops. The house is perfect for a large group with an excellent game room. Cooking was easy and there were plenty of supplies with lots of seating. The interior is very pretty and true to the photos. Plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable with soft, clean sheets. Bathrooms had plenty of fluffy towels! We didn’t use the outside seating as it was early spring except the grilling area, which worked well. "

"Absolutely wonderful home in an amazing serene location in Deep Creek. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. Loved the hot tub, swim spa, location and decorations. Would love to rebook. "

"While the property itself is beautiful right on the lake, the house needs a lot of work. One of the doors from the kitchen to the backyard would not lock. One of the door handles on the back door fell off. The hot tub required someone to come fix it before it worked. The pool and the temperature of the pool room are both set to 80 per the owner’s preference, which in turn makes the pool feel very cold. The hot water tank is not adequately sized for the house so if you try to take a bath in one of the luxurious jetted tubs, you won’t get more than 3 inches of water before the hot water runs out. This is even if nobody has taken a shower and the washer and dishwasher have not been running. There are also just basic updates that need to be made. Nearly every outlet on the first floor and some on the second floor would not hold a plug because they are all too loose. There are pieces of trim and the upstairs master that are falling off. The recliner in the upstairs master is broken. There are no blinds or shades or curtains on any of the exterior doors to the home. Three bedrooms doors to the exterior. Two of them facing each other. Imagine my surprise when I realized that you could see straight across from my bedroom into the bedroom across the balcony. I only write this because these are all things that I wish I knew before booking my family vacation. We ended up leaving a day early."

"House was very well kept for its age. It worked for what our group needed. Plenty of space for a group of 10. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because we had to shovel the snow ourselves on the driveway edge, sidewalk, and porch so that we didn't track snow all through the entryway. I understand the owners live out of the area though, so this is really on the property management company, especially since the snow was there for weeks before our trip."

"The stay was appalling to say the least. The kitchen was unmaintained with ZERO cleanliness. There were multiple insects in bowls. The dishwasher did NOT work and it leaked water. Cobwebs literally everywhere inside the cabin. Washer and Dryer did NOT work nor were plugged in upon us getting to the cabin. Appliances were crusty, dirty, and smelled awful. Stovetop smelled like gas. Ceiling fan lights did not work. And the biggest issue of all is the thermostat did NOT work and upon calling Vacasa they stated they would call me back and they NEVER did, all the while it was -14 inside of our cabin. Not only does this have a risk of leading to hypothermia, but it was also a bad look on the company as they did NOT listen to our concerns. All in all I wouldn't recommend this cabin to ANYONE, not even my worst enemy. Steer clear of this cabin AT ALL COSTS!"
