“We love the outdoors so being nestled in the trees was a great treat. If you're worried about this tree house being "unstable" don't be. I was very impressed with the quality of the construction, materials, and amenities. This is NOT one of those rentals where they recycled some old stuff so they could have a rental place. I believe that it's less than two years old.”

“This home is the perfect location away from the city, in a large newly developed neighborhood. We had no issues from start to finish. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of space for everyone and had everything you would need, including a desk and streaming services! The neighborhood was quiet, safe and very clean. “My friends and I stayed here for three nights in April for the Sherwood Forest Renaissance Faire. The location is off the beaten path for sure, so be careful driving at night for critters and sharp turns. That said, privacy and proximity to the Ren Faire was what we were looking for and received. “We was in town for medical procedures. We really enjoyed the open space of this house. Lots of storage. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seats for everyone. Loved we was able to take our dog. It has a large backyard, which he loved exploring. If in the area, will different see if this is available.”

“I knew right away this trip was going to be special. The check-in process was a breeze. We arrived at night and found the home clean and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. The home was spotless and sleeping quarters better than expected. We all slept comfortably in our own beds. We didn’t need to eat out. We cooked all our meals at home saving a ton of money. “Traveled from Montana to Austin to attend our son’s graduation from UT. The house was very nice and spacious. Looks like the pictures that are posted. Property manager texted us prior to arrival and answered our texts in a timely manner. Plenty of towels and toilet paper and hand soap provided. Kitchen had the basics as far as utensils/pots/pans. “This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and a 9 month old. Our favorite feature was the incredible covered patio including pool with lovely rock work, 3 large comfortable seating areas, 2 oscillating fans, 2 ceiling fans, hot tub and gorgeous views! Our second favorite was the upstairs game room/Q bedroom/bath/wet bar which gave excellent privacy for our couple with a baby whose naps and bedtime went much easier without being interrupted by the rest of the household. “The place was great. There were extra measures taken to ensure privacy since this VRBO is in a person's backyard. However, there were many broken/cracked places in the flooring tile. It was clear a lot of DIY work had been done on the electrical and plumbing pieces of the house. Also, trains went by in the evening about every hour to hour and half, all night. It would have been good to know that prior to and I could have made better arrangements to sleep.”

“This place is beyond beautiful. Just a short 30mins drive out of Austin, gets you in this secluded, private area. The place feels very safe, even though it is surrounded by nothing but trees, farms and ranches. This places has good network connection on mobiles PLUS active Wifi. Regarding the Home/Spartan Campervan - it is as good as a home. It has everything, there was absolutely nothing missing. very cozy, very comfortable, and very very picturesque.
