"The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. "Great mountain view room, breakfast was great filled with lots of variety. We picked this location as the loop for Lago di sorapiss starts and ends there.
Still in awe over the location. Views of the mountains were spectacular.
Staff was great and accommodating.
We did have an issue with a hot room as you're not able to control the temp from the room, so we did have some hot sleeps, but when you open the balcony door you can regulate the room with the cold nights. Other than that no issues. Really clean.
Definitely looking forward to returning in the future "
