「This is a very clean and well equipped apartment hotel but there is a huge problem They do not service the apartments (or did not in the full eight nights i was there) and you need to wash and iron your own sheets and towels and take your rubbish to a bin on the road outside. I was surprised as everything else was fine. Chelsea Cloisters opposite has similar facilities but services the rooms every two days so compare prices.」

「The air conditioning was wonderful during the heatwave. The room was very inviting. It’s very close to Farringdon station and grocery stores as well as restaurants. The staff were very responsive.」

「Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. 」

「Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.」

「Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms.」
