「I had a great stay here for a week long work trip. 2 days I worked from the room and the WiFi was great. The room was quite warm (great for me!). The fridge and kitchenette meant I could shop at the local Tesco and heat food to save on eating out costs, but Uber Eats can deliver straight to the door also. It’s great to know there are staff on reception 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful.」
「Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access.
The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus.
The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.」
「Great value for the price, in a really central and well-connected location.
Rooms are on the small side, as most in London are for this price. A bit stuffy too, which didn't make for a great sleep. They do provide a fan, but it didn't quite help enough.
All very clean and in great condition, would certainly consider using again.」

Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. 」

Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London. 」

when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
