"Taggs Island is such an interesting little enclave close to London and unbeknownst to us before. Set in a small inlet off the Thames, the house is one of a group facing onto the water. Linda, the host, has very much personalised it and provides every comfort. Although an expensive add-on, highly recommend the hot tub, which is deep and relaxing. Only down-side to the situation and rather shattering the peace, is being on the Heathrow flightpath, which we hadn't thought about!"

"perfect location, lots going on but at the same time quite quiet, i guess in high season this would be different. Kaia and Bruce perfect hosted. Just a couple of suggestions, a hook on bathroom door and shelves above toilet to put towels and clothes etc on. Maybe a small drop down table in the bedroom. "

"This is a fun place to stay in so much as my room had a massive outside area, the bed was great and I could look out over the water to watch the fun of Canary Wharf Its very very basic. I had no shower gel etc in the shower, the toilet is a marine toilet, no water offered (or available) so needed me to visit a local shop. Its near all the bars so quite noisy. I'd stay there again but not for that price. Its too expensive for what it is. "
