The Space:
Welcome to the Sequoia Motel! The cabins offer more room and privacy, while still offering all the benefits and amenities as our newly renovated motel. An ideal refuge for adventurers like you, the cabin is "studio style" and sleeps up to 5. Ideal for a family of 5, there is a queen bed, Murphy full-sized bed, a small futon, and a pack-and-play travel crib. The kitchen has full-size appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a meal. There's a sitting area around the fireplace, games, Wifi, and streaming channels such as Netflix and Disney+. Outside, a deck overlooks the grassy area where you're welcome to play or walk your furry friend. Come enjoy the enchanting landscapes of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. Conveniently positioned just a short, scenic 4-mile drive from the entrance of Sequoia National Park, our location ensures both convenience and tranquility.
Sequoia Motel guests enjoy access to an array of amenities, including a revitalizing pool, cozy fire pit, beautiful gazebo, yard games, and picnic tables, creating the perfect setting to relax and exchange stories with fellow travelers. Whether you seek serene solace, thrilling adventures, or a harmonious blend of both, The Sequoia Motel beckons you to embark on an unforgettable journey amidst this awe-inspiring natural paradise.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire room, WiFi, fresh towels and linens, Smart TV, and flat parking space. Motel amenities are first come first serve (fire pit). The pool is open 8 am-10 pm during the summer.
Things to Note:
There are 9 rooms at the motel available to book in addition to the cabins. If you would like to book more rooms, let us know!
You're welcome to use the fireplace! Just bring some wood with you. (We don't provide firewood)
Please note that there is no on-site office or staff, but don’t worry—we manage everything remotely to make sure your experience is smooth and comfortable. If you need anything at all, just reach out, and someone from our team will be available to assist you as soon as possible.

Rules:
1. Check in after 4 pm. Check out by 11 am. Our office hours are between 8 am - 9 pm, please communicate between those hours!
2. Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 4 total adults plus one child. If someone is planning to sleep on the futon, please bring a sleeping bag. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the room. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (Pool, fire pit, yard games, etc.) please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds, bears, and other animals that make a mess.

The Neighborhood:
Three Rivers is a beautiful town home to tons of wildlife including deer, wild turkey, and more. The Sequoia Motel is just minutes from the Three Rivers local shops and restaurants and the entrance to Sequoia National Park!
Getting Around:
We suggest guests use their own vehicles to get around! Uber/Lyft are not available in remote areas.
