New York Three World Trade Center Hotels

"Great location. Hotel had very cool vibes, lots of great spots to take photos. Room was perfect for us, really nice layout and had nice upgrades that made it feel more luxurious. At night we went to the rooftop and grabbed a table for a few drinks. They also offer free workout classes in the morning and offered water pitchers that could be refilled. Overall great amenities and would absolutely stay here again."

"We booked a premium room, which has a view of the Trade center memorial. Its quite touching and something that should never be forgotten by any New Yorker or any American. The room was very comfortable and stylish. Check in is done on a laptop. You make your own keys , which was actually quite pleasant "

"The team here is extremely attentive and very thorough. They got me checked in swiftly, explaining the amenities and how to access them. My room was clean and the AC worked. During my stay the weather was nice, so I was able to crack the windows open for some fresh air. Additionally, they delivered a tea kettle to my room with tea bags and all. The complimentary breakfast was okay. They had solid oatmeal options, yogurt, and fruits. They had tea and coffee which I didn't try."

"The shower 10/10"

"Pluses: 1. The location was accessible to restaurants and public transport. 2. The size of the rooms is good enough for a family of four. We didn't stay in the room other than for sleep, so the space was not a big deal, but if you are looking for a room to relax, this won't be the right choice, but for NYC, this is good enough. 3. The bed was really good, I turn around a lot in sleep, my spouse didn't feel it. It was really comfortable. Minor minuses: 1. The complaint we had was that there was no water for a brief few hours the next day of our arrival. We checked in late at night, due to the water shutoff, we had to get ready early to avoid being stuck for long. This was not notified when we checked in by the staff; we almost missed the notice in the room until my kid picked it up and tried to read it. 2. The AC didn't work that well to circulate air. I left the window open a bit,t but it was 40's outside, so we shut it off. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work either. Except for these minor inconveniences, the stay was ok to roam NYC."

"You get what you pay for 😭 Showers feel and look like the ones at public gyms 😭 stained sheets and towels (bring your own). BUT it was close to the subway! Kinda eerie having the world trade as the view but we survived. "
