The breakfast was excellent. The room did not have a refridgerator which would have been nice. We could not figure out the TV to get english channels

The Guesthouse by the Hey Hotel
Founds bugs in the bed (probably not bed bugs but still), breakfast was often running out of things constantly without being replaced right away well before the closing time of 10, bad air circulation in the room

The Hey Hotel
The location is super convenient! Walkable from Interlaken West and there are buses that bring us to different towns. Reception is very helpful in our enquiries Room is clean and spacious too. Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference. Will stay here again
