“Beautiful hotel, very clean, with a good breakfast, and it’s located on the lake beach. The only issue with the hotel is that it doesn't have air conditioning.”

“This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？”

“房間潔淨有冷氣, 酒店職員都非常有善,房外環境開揚, 見到大廣場偶爾有表免費表演,早餐略少選擇!”

“酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。”

“早餐很棒，也很推薦餐廳提供的晚餐料理，建議一試; 交通方便; 湖畔就在附近，也可慢慢沿河堤走到市中心。適合渡假放鬆的好地方，非常推薦。若有大行李，注意電梯只到三樓。”

“Air conditioning and staff”

“Excelente ubicación, a unos metros del lago y tienes un supermercado enfrente, muy Espacioso y muy bonito por dentro, lo único que no me gustó fue que no tiene ventiladores que en verano son muy necesarios, el acceso es compartido con otros apartamentos, las instalaciones no son modernas pero están en buen estado.”

“Great view and in a beautiful area. Home was comfortable and had mist all amenities; for a longer stays it would be nice to have a washer/dryer available for use. Good food in area and all are short drive away.”

“Location and animals”

“What a wonderful studio apartment this is! Beautiful views of the lakes and mountains. It's ground floor and parking is directly outside so it's easy for checking in & out. Me, My wife and 2 year old son stayed. The host is really nice and friendly, showed us how to use the laundry facilities, had a cot ready for my son and even brought him a box full of toys to play with during his stay. She definitely went the extra mile! The place is extremely clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend……
