「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。」

「Excelente ubicación, a unos metros del lago y tienes un supermercado enfrente, muy Espacioso y muy bonito por dentro, lo único que no me gustó fue que no tiene ventiladores que en verano son muy necesarios, el acceso es compartido con otros apartamentos, las instalaciones no son modernas pero están en buen estado.」

「Wir haben zwei Nächte und drei Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist super, nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, und es gibt diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Allerdings befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant, sodass man die Küchengeräusche gut hören kann. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, war aber etwas staubig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Er hat uns außerdem einen kostenlosen Thun-Stadspass gegeben....

「We had a lovely time at the property. It was clean, idyllic and quiet. We went there in the middle of a hot summer, so it can get uncomfortable during the day as there is no air conditioning, but there is plenty of things to do around to keep one selves active and occupied around the charming little town.」
