"This place is an absolute dump, “Bates Motel” in Canadian form. People hanging around asking for smokes and money. Rooms in vintage form, and bathroom in very poor condition. I checked in and out in minutes. "

Mold in the room so I asked to be moved I had to stay because it cost me almost 600.00. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing fresh at all"

"there was a weird odor in the room, after showering and going to sleep, 2 of the pillows smelled like someone's gross sweat, had to toss those to the floor. definitely has lowered their standards since my last stay there a few years ago. "

"I had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby restaurants. The complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee were also a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay I would definitely recommend it and would gladly return."
