Regardless I would still give them five stars we have had multiple stays there and that was never an issue in the other rooms. Would recommend”

“The maintenance man told me to get “the f$$$ out” of the hotel after getting stuck in the elevator not once… not twice… but three different times. He not only told me to “get the f$$$ out” of the hotel… he followed me down the hallway berating me and yelling at me because I was panicked for getting stuck in the elevator. I am 52 years old and cannot imagine ever saying the things that were said to me to anyone let alone a customer. Worst hotel stay EVER!”

“The room smelled like a pile of dirty wet towels, the air conditioner was incredibly loud. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place… find somewhere else to stay. Also, Expedia was not helpful at all when I logged a formal complaint… won’t be using them again either”

“Hall doors slam so hard they jolt you awake at night. Paper thin walls and ceilings mean you hear other guests walking and yelling. Baseboards around the room falling away from walls. Box spring covers dirty and carpets not cleaned behind beds so debris and bugs. Shower head didn’t work well. Mattress was lumpy. Breakfast very sparse and cheap. At least I got the Expedia discount as it truly wasn’t worth the full price. Only basic tv channels.”
