「Our room was great upon check in, we rushed to get to our dinner reservation and didn’t realize the state of our room until our return. The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress. 」

「The lobby is not attached to the building the rooms are actually in, so that took a minute to find. Water in the lobby has been sitting for days, tasted disgusting. Small room, very dated. Smart TV with no WiFi meant no tv. We had to use our phone as a hot spot to watch. Water in shower smelled terrible when I showered in the morning. The continental breakfast was a joke. The staff was apologetic about the breakfast. It was premade waffles, 2 sausages some ham and cereal.」

「This hotel was not one I’d recommend ever again. The ice machine was down, the pool was down and we were told we could use the one next door when we went it smelled really bad. Quickly leaving. Both owned by the same person. Our room was clean but there was several preexisting damages we had to report. We had the jacuzzi but it was missing one of the knobs so it was really loud and the plug for the tub was broken. Requested a fix twice it was the only reason we were staying there. No-one could...

「The room was clean, but very ran down Hot tub was ho, but the jets did not work. So it was basically a bathtub I told the clerk at the front desk and she said she would let maintenance know. I tried every day, and it never did work」

「This is a solid place to stay if you want to be out of the city center but close enough to get to places like Casa Bonita, downtown, or the chill vibe in Golden. Beds are comfortable. 」

「The young lady who helped me when I first got there last night was so kind and courteous. She took us to our room and checked out the hot tub in the room and the hot tub outside. I couldn't have asked for any better service than we got there.」
