「My boyfriend and I enjoyed this property a lot. It was clean and had great amenities. I wasn’t used to the ease at which the bugs got in (this is not the owners fault, just part of being in the woods) and the stone steps from the driveway to the actual steps are not optimal, in my opinion. If someone needs a walker or has a wheelchair I do not think I would select this property for that reason alone. The steps upstairs to the loft also made us nervous (boyfriend is a bodybuilder, getting 250...

「This place is peaceful and secluded the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept it comfortable you have everything you need to heat up food or keep it cold the view of the river is great and we enjoyed setting on the porch and watching the river and deers that walk right through the yard! The only things I may would change is the chairs on the porch. There is a fire pit also across the road but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it because of rain. 」

「We very much enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Apple Blossom Cottage over the July 4th weekend. Perfect location - a private secluded spot and yet so close to Gettysburg. The cottage was clean and tidy and the decor was so nice. Sitting by a bonfire at night listening to the bullfrogs was fun and relaxing. Communication with the host was great too. I recommend Apple Blossom and am hoping to return sometime. 」

「We had an amazing stay at this property! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish — quickly addressing any issues and even accommodating an early check-in. They went above and beyond by providing a pack and play for our child, which made things so much easier for us.The house itself was beyond comfortable — cozy, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. 「We had such an amazing time! Great location close to many amenities. We loved the owners recommendations for food and fun things to do. We loved hiking the Maryland heights trail and exploring Harper’s ferry. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and we love the outdoors and history. We can’t wait to come back!」

「Comfortable and right at the C&O trail, so easy to take lovely walks. The house is clean, the kitchen and dining spaces more than adequate, multiple common areas are nice, as are bedrooms. Minor issue in that it seems the visitors before us made the remote for the downstairs tv disappear. Connection via phone, text etc can be spotty unless you're on the houses wifi, which worked well.」
