"The room needed updating. New paint does not cover needed upgrades. The place had the absolute worst breakfast on our 15 day trip. We skipped breakfast here to go Nextdoor to a donut shop. We noticed many better local options. Oh, almost forgot. We came back early to rest and watch tv. Tv is horrible! It either buffers every 20 seconds or has a blurry picture. Front desk was unconcerned. "

"Breakfast was good. Pool was okay, the pool deck had garbage on it and the washroom in the pool area was gross and in poor condition. The staff was lovely though and quite helpful. "

"there is zero interaction with anyone there my husband’s key did not work to get in and he was outside for the longest time because I was on the third floor and didn’t know he was not there and it just wasn’t a welcoming place to stay"

"The hotel was on the newer side which was nice. It was clean. I was a little disappointed for the amount I spent and the customer service. I called a head for a late check out a couple of days in advance. When I checked in it was never noted. They asked me who I spoke to. I was able to get it . I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things. "
