LAST MINUTE SUMMER OFFER: July and August only € 50 / night for 1-4 people. (Min. 3 nights)
This apartment offers a quiet place to spend your holidays. It is newly renovated and is located in a residential area just 5 minutes from the maritime avenue of Puerto del Carmen with all its beaches.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a double bed, and a large bathroom.
The kitchen is spacious and with new appliances - including induction hob.
In the living room you can enjoy the television and high-speed wi-fi connection in a pleasant and modern environment - there is also a dining room with large windows.
It has a room with washing machine if you need to refresh the beach towels during the stay. To lay towels and enjoy the sun of Lanzarote, there is a small garden with tables and chairs and also has private parking.

You get what you pay for with this apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and clean in a good location for shops and the main strip. We would use again.

Winter holiday
This was our second stay at this apartment. Helle met us on our arrival and made sure everything was OK before leaving us. She is always available to help if you need anything during your stay. The apartment is in a good location for just about everything just a few minutes walk to beach, shops and restaurants. There is a small sunny garden and also private parking which is very handy if you rent a car.
I will definitely try to stay here during future visits to Lanzarote.

Nice size apartment, ideally situated in quiet residential area.
We rented the apartment for 9 weeks and found it ideally situated for our stay on the island. It had small supermarkets at both ends of the road and a bigger Spar only a short walk away. Easy access to the bus routes and just a short walk to the front and main shops/restaurants. We were met on arrival and given a short introduction to the apartment. We only had a couple of small issues with the accommodation and Helle was easily contactable when needed.
Good size rooms, comfortable beds. Nice sun-trap garden area. Well appointed kitchen although the kitchen inventory required replenishing as ok for two but not for four people (we had to purchase extra mugs for tea and coffee). Also the living room/lounge required another chair as the sofa only accommodated 3 people, again, ok if there are only two of you but with four of us it was not suitable. The WiFi was excellent and the English TV channels were adequate. The dining area was good use of the space as we had the use of the courtyard garden area for sitting outside and the sun loungers were a nice touch. The apartment was clean on arrival but there were a few big cobwebs that were above eye level in each room that appeared to have been there for quite a while, would recommend a bit more attention to overall cleaning in future (although this did not worry us unduly). There was plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms and we were supplied with clean bed linen and towels, with spares of each.The pillows supplied had seen better days and could do with being replaced in the near future but were adequate.
Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, would recommend it and happily book again.

Ruim appartement in een vrij rustige omgeving met supermarkten in de buurt.
Een royaal appartement met twee slaapkamers en een goed geoutilleerde keuken. We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de oven. De warmwatervoorziening is wat beperkt om royaal te kunnen douchen en te weinig voor het vullen van het bad. We hadden graag in de tuin de mogelijkheid gehad van ligbedden, maar dat was niet mogelijk. Op diverse verzoeken werd door de gastvrouw adequaat gereageerd. Ons verblijf in dit appartement is ons goed bevallen in de 4 weken dat we er waren.

Lovely apartment
Just returned home having spent a week here. Lovely clean well equipped apartment located 5 minutes walk from the main strip but in a quiet side road. Lovely beech if you turn left at the sea or hundreds of bars restraunts and shops of you turn right. Big spar 5 minutes walk or little corner shop 1 minutes walk.

Nice and clean apartment
Great new apartment with two bedrooms, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
Communication with the owner and check in went super smooth. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday in the sun.

mooie en gerieflijke woning , in een rustige straat dichtbij de boulevard.
Het appartement is praktisch en - bijna -compleet ingericht. Keuken is voorzien van oven, magnetron en inductiekookplaat. De keuken zou helemaal compleet zijn als als nog een grotere ketel, een extra ovenschaal en een aantal schaaltjes voor nagerechten aanwezig waren .Gastvouw is heel vriendelijk en attent.

Leider !!!!! kein deutsches TV und keine Beschreibungen oder Gebrauchsanweisungen von z.B. TV oder Herd.
Leider auch keine Liegen für den Garten oder Auflagen für die Stühle.
Und das heisse Wasser reichtauch nicht für eine Badewannenfüllung....
Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung...

Fantastic apartment in quiet area but close to the front
I stayed here last week with my sister and we were pleasantly surprised! It’s a really spacious apartment with a big living room, kitchen, utility room, dining room, two bedrooms and bathroom. There’s a small area outside to hang washing and sit with a drink at a wooden table & chairs. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area around five minutes’ walk from the front, near El Arao (The Plough) Restaurant and a further two or three minutes from the nearest beach. The apartment was well kept, well stocked and very clean and welcoming. Our host Helle was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending this lovely apartment to our friends and family!

very good nearly all was as on line
nearly all was as online although we were there in oct and there is definite requirement for air conditioning in bedrooms as its very hard to sleep in the heat .there could be more towels and bedlinen but overall very enjoyable.thankyou very much
