Introducing Villa Crystal, a luxurious three-bedroom retreat exuding elegance and tranquility. Nestled in the prestigious Los Mojones area, this villa is a mere stone's throw from the historic Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen, where a plethora of exquisite seafront restaurants, bars, and shops await. With ample outdoor space and entertainment options, Villa Crystal offers a secluded oasis, featuring a generously-sized solar-lit swimming pool complete with a massage feature, a soothing hot tub, an outdoor cooking station, and recreational amenities including a pool table and dart board.



Interior Accommodation:

Ascending five steps, guests are welcomed into the interior sanctuary of Villa Crystal.

1. Master Bedroom: A haven of comfort boasting a double bed, expansive walk-in wardrobe, bedside units with lamps and USB ports, a vanity unit with mirror, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

2. Twin Bedroom: Thoughtfully designed with fitted wardrobes, bedside table with lamp, mirror, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

3. Second Double Bedroom: Featuring fitted wardrobes, bedside units with lamps and USB ports, a vanity unit with mirror, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.



Bath/Shower Rooms:

1. En suite to Master Bedroom: Luxurious "Rain Shower" enclosure, WC, washbasin, and mirror.

2. Additional Bathroom: Equipped with a "Rain" shower, WC, washbasin, and mirror.



Living /Dining Room:

Step into the luminous and spacious lounge area, furnished with a plush sofa and two armchairs enveloping a 55-inch Flatscreen TV with IPTV access for on-demand entertainment. For added comfort, the lounge is equipped with air-conditioning. Expansive patio doors illuminate the space and provide seamless access to the pool and patio area. The open-plan living area seamlessly transitions into the modern kitchen.



Kitchen:

The well-appointed kitchen features all necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday. Gather around the sizable island with two chairs for breakfast or utilize ample counter space for culinary endeavors. Appliances include an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine, and dishwasher. A utility room adjacent to the kitchen houses a washing machine, clothesline, large fridge freezer, oven, and sink.



Exterior Accommodation:

Villa Crystal's outdoor space is a haven for relaxation and recreation. The fully enclosed private garden and terrace face south, ensuring sunshine throughout the day. The expansive swimming pool beckons for leisurely swims and features a water massage function. A covered pergola hosts a comfortable sofa and table, offering shaded respite for morning coffees or evening cocktails, along with an alfresco dining table. Indulge in culinary delights in the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a large gas BBQ, gas ring hob, and two fridges. Multiple lounging areas, including three double daybeds and sun loungers, provide ample opportunities for basking in the sun. Entertainment options abound with a pool table and dart board. A luxurious 4-seater Hotspring Jacuzzi and seating area await by the villa's side. Convenient on-street parking is readily available in this serene residential enclave.

Great Villa Great weather pool great.

Loved Villa Christina family friendly Villa. Lovely relaxing stay with beautiful weather. Only one small issue could not get any normal channels on the the TV.
