Brilliant Location

Best accommodation we've stay in Puerto del Carmen. Location is perfect. Full sun on patio area all day and beach just on the doorstep. Shops, restaurants and bars within a short walk in either direction. Couldn't find fault with this property.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic family holiday at the villa which is spotless and extremely well equipped. It has 2 lovely pools and is within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. Small but lovely sandy beach only a few mins walk away too, bigger beaches also walkable. We were a family of 5 ( 2 couples) and had plenty of room. One bedroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms. My 15 year old son was perfectly happy with this. Communication with support team was great and they provided a fan for small bedroom when requested. Air con throughout the rest of the rooms was really good A really nice environment and great location for a family holiday, we had a great time!

2nd time staying here, great location, easy to communicate with agents and to add additional people to our group, it is on the expensive side and I would say probably a bit of squeeze if you were at full occupancy, there were 4 in our group - but great for 2

Perfect Bungalow

We loved our stay at Casa las Rosas, the bungalow was in a fabulous location on a beautifully kept complex with fabulous swimming pools and well kept gardens. The Bungalow itself was perfect for our family of 4 Adults and a child, equipment wise it had everything you could want, our grandson particularly loved the hot outdoor shower 😍 The utility area was an added bonus. Our communication with BuenaVilla was 1st class, never had a problem. The cleaning team that came in came exactly when we were told they would replacing bedding and plenty of towels. We will be back!

We have just arrived home from a week stay at this Casa Las Rosas. We are a family of 5 (including 2 teenagers). It was exactly what we were looking for. It is precisely like the photos and description. The location was ideal for us. Mini golf to the left, supermarket to the right. With a beach both directions and right next to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere it was so convenient. The team looking after the property rental were so helpful. The option to whatsapp with any queries or for assistance was great. The pool area was lovely too. Could not fault it.

Very comfortable , well positioned bungalow

This is a fabulous location at the quieter end of PDC but you still have easy access to nearby bars , restaurants and a well stocked Spar . Lovely beach about 250m away and there is access to a nice sized pool ( albeit v cold ! ) which is part of the apartment complex immediately at the rear of the bungalow . This was our third visit here and is unlikely to be our last

Great bungalow in great location

This property is the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in on holiday . It’s in a perfect location with the sea and beach literally 300 yards away . There is a shared , large pool directly at the back of the Bungalow . The property has been furnished and maintained to a very high standard and has everything you need , so much so that you could easily live in it . We had beautiful weather and we sat in the front garden to eat and relax . Peaceful location but supermarket close as are a good array of restaurants . We’ve already booked again for 2022 and would like to thank the owner and Buena Villa for sharing this property with us . Regards - Sue & Andy
