Great hotel in very convenient location. Fairly noisy but acceptable
The only thing that was a slight criticism was the air con was necessary at night but very blowy so ending up with a stiff neck as it was hard to get the room temperature right. It would also have been good to be able to access BBC news on the TV or at least one English speaking channel but not essential.

I did not partake in the breakfast as there was a Sukiya 10m from the hotel. Room was clean, spacious, even Ethernet cable was provided for laptops.
You get new water and towels every day which seems like overkill but is appreciated
