Room on the small side but that’s standard for Hanoi due to narrow building codes. Anna and her staff was amazing. Multiple times we have gone to her for tour, eat and shopping recommendations. All were good. Some were great b/c they were not touristy places but frequented by locals. Highly recommended and will booked again next time I go Hanoi.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars.

"The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. ..."
