「櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,」

「我们太喜欢Santa Maria酒店了，甚至想搜索有没有连锁经营的酒店，以后还可在其它地方入住。但被前台告知只此一家。 现代建筑与古老建筑的完美融合，细心又热情的工作人员，精心搭配的餐食，我们对一切都非常满意，希望有机会再回来住几天。」

「Beautiful property close to Haro and many wineries. Great staff service and breakfast. It has a very nice restaurant with a large beautiful outdoor terrace to relax during the day or evening. 」

「We enjoyed the stay at Finca de Los Arandinos. The design of the room was so special and amazing. The staff of front desk was nice and helpful. She introduced the facilities of the room to us in detail. The scenery nearby was beautiful. We enjoyed the food and wine at the restaurant of hotel.」

「I stayed for one night,, check in and out was so smooth and fast,, my room was huge and clean and comfortable with a lovely view,, the hotel in a small quiet village nothing to do just relaxing and walking around,, loved my stay so much , breakfast was delicious and the lady who served it was so nice and she had the most amazing smile I ever saw,, thank you 」
