This place was exactly what was expected - comfortable, clean, inexpensive, and convenient to a meeting location for my group. I wasn't looking for a Four Seasons. The only gripe is that they don't offer the DIY Brussels-style Belgian waffles that so many other Super8s have (minus one star). The little waffles in the breakfast area fridge were OK after being warmed up. I'd stay here again and again.

They have charged me for the room and they’re supposed to clear it up tomorrow, but the man checking in and did not understand that they were going to be paid by Expedia so it’s been really frustrating and confusing…..

Steps were solid ice Shower handle was not attached. Barely able to get Shower to work. Toilet would not flush,ran water all night. Had to take tank lid off and push down flapper. Carpet was filthy. Cheap rate, you getwhat you pay for.

Floors, furniture, counters and appliances need maintenance and cleaning. Toilet seat dirty, rusted tab, burnt bulbs, towels need bleach washing , breakfast poor, only weak coffee and no milk for cerial, AC noisy, extremely dirty shooting mouldy air

Lunch bag letdown. Requested 1st floor when I booked a couple of days before arriving. Only 2nd floor available. Pool was shutdown. The room was very musty upon arrival

Had cereal but no milk, no juice nothing but coffee for Breakfast advertised. Our room floor hadn’t been swept. Bath tub disgusting. Coffee cups in room had all plastic covering off (reusing) from previous guests! Sugar /creamer packets were torn open! TV was a joke 6 channels came in. Outside by ice machine smelled of pee and trash everywhere!

Dirty floors, ice bucket had bugs, fridge was broken, replacement was broken... third one worked. Sink and toilet were clogged. The ones working there were nice and helpful but the management of it was horrible and I won't be back.

STINKY

Sink leaked water on the floor, but I got a bucket to catch the water and was told they'd fix the pipes the next day. And the room stunk and overall was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor and dead bugs elsewhere. Maybe that was bug spray I was smelling. They did offer me to exchange rooms but all my stuff was in the room already and I was dead tired and wasn't in the mood to move. Went to sleep, never showered or anything but got some sleep. Woke up, left to never return and will get a shower at Holiday Inn Express which is my next stop. And another gentleman asked me if I needed some company because he could help me out (for those who can't figure that out, it means hooker).

Poor-very poor. $62.00 but still poor.

The deck clerk had a thick accent and was difficult to understand. In the room, missing lightbulb, an outlet that didn't have power, gnats in the sink, the sink was very slow draining, towels on the bathroom floor, there was a stale smell in the room, the desk chair was broken, there was no clock in the room, no TV listing, no waste basket in the room, no pen and paper, the carpet in front of the refrigerator was wet, the carpet had a stain and an iron burn. The commode had heavy hard water stains. The only working ice machine was on the first floor. The one on the second floor was not working. Water standing in the parking lot. Late April stay and the pool was dirting and not in use. The staff did bring clean towels, a light bulb, and a waste basket when requested.

Worse Service Ever

As soon as the desk clerk saw me I felt he judged me for the color of my skin and the clothes I was wearing which were jogging pants, shirt and a skully. I like to be comfortable when driving a long distance. Before the desk clerk assigned me a room in the back I asked are there any rooms available in the front. The desk clerk replied no. I was only staying a few days not a week. I drove in the back and didn't like the surroundings. I drove back to the front and asked the desk clerk when will a room in the front be available. He replied it'd be $5 extra a day but ended up being $57. I've never had to pay extra if the room I reserved wasn't available. I always reserve the room with a king size bed. The desk clerk assigned me the last room at the end thou other rooms closer to the office were available. All the lamp shades are missing the screws on top. There was a drink left inside the refrigerator. There was no microwave in the room. There were only coffee cups. There's a coffee maker with no coffee pitcher. I will not be staying here again.

Great price for a quick stop. Right off interstate with gas and place to eat nearby. Only issue was some of the clientel was little sketchy but all worked out.
