“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the tiny fishing cabin! The lake is peaceful and I loved being able to watch/help my children fish throughout the day right from our front porch. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook at home. The porches are great, and the chairs were lovely for sitting on the deck. We ate every meal at the picnic table - what a view! The bunk beds were comfortable. We were easily able to launch our kayaks from the grass and explored the lake even more.……

“The cabin was clean and cozy. Beautiful decorations and the hot tub was clean and ready to use. The location was easy to find. As noted the train is very active at night. The provided sound machine helped but the machine turned off every few hours. Overall a great stay that was close to the city but with a mountain feel.”

“We stayed for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. Travis, the owner, is absolutely fantastic. We had an issue with the shower and he was right on it. He has goats in a pen on the property. 3 baby goats which were a delight to watch in the morning. The location is great for a quiet weekend getaway. VRBO did not have a picture of the shower/clawfoot bathtub. It is geared more for younger adults. I did get to put my balance skills to a test which I still pass at 70 years old! “We stayed here to visit, the Tennessee aquarium, rock city and ruby falls. It was the perfect location to visit all three and not have to stay that far. A very relaxing visit for sure.”

“Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! We chose this particular house mainly because of the private pickleball court which did not disappoint. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the covered porch while admiring the spectacular views of Nickajack lake and the surrounding mountains. “My daughter and I stayed at the Big Time Hill cabin for a brief getaway in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. This cabin had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was VERY CLEAN! It has an amazing porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets each day. We went to Chattanooga for a Yoga session and spent time strolling the streets of this lovely college town.”

“I loved the size of the unit that we stayed in, especially with kids. So much more roomy than a normal hotel room. Also, really enjoyed the courtyard area. It was nice to sit by the fire pit and relax while the kids played. Only thing I was not a fan of was the beds. Our beds were a bit broken down. Overall, though it was a great stay!”
