From both apartments you can enjoy a unique view of the Gardasse and the Monte Baldo massif. The guest has a beautiful courtyard with garden furniture, gazebo and barbecue available. There is a restaurant about 20 meters away, a pizzeria about 300 meters away, and the public swimming pool and visitor center just 2 km away. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Gardola, where the shops, restaurants, pizzerias, the pharmacy and a doctor's office are located.

Tourist tax: from 01. 11. 14 the tax is according to the currently valid local statute € 1.50 per person per day (all guests under 14 years are exempt). The tourist tax serves to partially protect and develop our landscape
Booking formalities:
Check-in / out: The booked apartment is the guest on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock available, our agency is open for the keys as follows: Monday to Saturday from 15 00 to 18 00 clock
The key handover and the provision of the booked apartment can not be guaranteed after 20 o'clock!
On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10.00 clock.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and the booking form.
Cancellation policy:
according to European standards and if there are no further agreements, the following payments will be due for a cancellation:
- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price
- from 29 to 20. Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price
- from 19 to 10. Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price
- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
