Wir hatten zunächst bedenken, da einige der letzten Bewertungen die Sauberkeit kritisiert haben. Zum Glück war bei uns alles bestens. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen oben am Berg, als Gast kann man aber den kostenlosen Shuttle Bus nutzen. Das abgelegene hat natürlich vor und Nachteile - man sieht aber wunderbar über den ganzen See und der Ort bietet auch einige Restaurants, Eisdielen und Einkaufsnöglichkeiten, ohne touristisch überlaufen zu sein.

Braucht mal einen neuen Schlif

Guten Tag, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub,da wir meistens unterwegs waren. Das Appartement,was wir hatten,da muss mal einiges erneuert werden,wie zBsp. das Sofa(sehr abgenutzt), die Matratzen(alt+hart),Terassentüre ging schlecht zu schließen,(Arbeit für den Hausmeister)Bad alles sehr alt.(Duschkabine+ Dusche,Duschkopf).In der Küchenzeile war der Wasserhahn auch extrem locker , der Kühlschrank war extrem übereist(da es in der Küche Kleinigkeiten sind , könnte vom Hausmeister mal behoben werden.

Muss man sich nicht antun

Sehr abgewohnt, kaputter Sonnenschirm, kaputter Wäscheständer, gehört alles auf den Müll. Ausstattung der Küche für Selbstverpfleger sehr mangelhaft. Wer hier eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Toaster vermutet, wird enttäuscht. Der Kühlschrank gehörte auch auf den Schrott. Parkplatz wohl vorhanden, wenn man Glück hat. Zimmersuche auch nicht so einfach. Ein paar Hinweisschilder könnten da Abhilfe schaffen. Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht.

Es hat uns gefallen!

Die Ferienwohnung lag hoch oben über dem Gardasee in der Region Tignale/Gardola. Wir hatten vom Balkon einen herrlichen Blick über den See. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist zweckmäßig nach italienischem Standard ausgestattet. (keine Kaffeemaschine!) Den Pool des Hotels La Rotond haben wir gern genutzt. Die Autostellplätze liegen oberhalb der Ferienwohnungen. Das tägliche Treppensteigen von der FeWo zum Parkplatz und zurück war anstrengend und ist für Gäste mit Gehbehinderung kaum zu bewältigen.

Anlage gut!

Nur befriedigend, weil die Ferienwohnungen im alten Zustand sind. Gereinigt wurde nicht richtig, es lag noch ein altes Handtuch vom Vorgänger im Badezimmer. Es riechte muffig in der Wohnung. Als Bettlaken waren es alte, riechende Wolldecken vorhanden gewesen. Sonst muss ich sagen die Anlage war gut der Ausblick auf dem Gardasee wunderschön. Ein bisschen in den ganzen Wohnbereich erneuern, in guten Zustand bringen, dann wird es eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft.

Die Zimmer sind modern frisch renoviert, der Balkon mit ca.15m2 ausreichend groß. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Kaffeemaschine und Bettlaken bitte selber mitbringen! Pools sind sauber. Auf 500m Höhe ist die Aussicht auf den Lago sensationell!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir hatten wirklich eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Für ein Frühstück auf dem Balkon war es uns zu frisch, aber nachmittags konnten wir uns schon mal in die Sonne legen. Meist waren wir wandern, da es um Tignale viele schöne Wanderwege gibt, die allerdings zum Teil sehr steil sind. Der Supermarkt in Gardola ist klein, aber es gibt alles was man braucht. An der Hotelrezeption gab es außerdem einen Brötchenservice. Einziger Mangel waren tatsächlich die Töpfe und Pfannen.

Pro: Top Lage, grosszuegiger Balkon, günstig und gutes Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal. Einfache Abwicklung. Contra: Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung und Einrichtung. Überall Tierhaare vorallem in den Zudecken. Tropfende Hähne, Schwarzschimmel im Nassbereich. Dauerhafte Gasabgabe der Herdplatten ohne Schutzeinrichtung.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Gegend. Die Zimmer mit Küche sind sehr einfach. Dusche sowie die Klo-Spülung könnte etwas besser sein. Ansonsten Personal ,Lage der Appartements sowie Gastronomie sehr gut. Kann man weiter empfehlen
