「It is hard to put into words how magical our stay here was. Starting our morning with delicious breakfast on the porch, with the most hospitable staff, especially Hugo, was a special experience we will never forget. We call him our Italian grandpa now. 「Petit déjeuner parfait accueil correct mais on constate après que le service proposé par l’établissement est conditionné comme par exemple la promenade en gâteau inclus dans la réservations fallait que 5 personnes et quand on demande un tour on nous demande 120€ pour 2 personnes. La personne concernée n'est pas à sa place ! Elle exploite son travail et sa position selon ses priorités personnelles ! Cela se voit clairement à la façon dont elle traite les gens.」

「Loved our stay at Hotel Capri. The view from the hotel, wow, absolutely breathtaking. We had apartment 6 and the view from the balcony was out of this world, would never get tired of it, view at breakfast and view from the pool it was just stunning. Malcesine stole our hearts, lovely area, wonderful food. Hotel is just a short walk to the ferry to Limone, the town centre and to Monte Baldo cable car. Malcesine is quite steep in areas so might not be so good if you have mobility issues. Staff at...

「This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in the door we were given a warm welcome and the staff could not do enough for us. The room was immaculate, the pool area and gardens beautiful and the standard of the food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.」
