Beach front Cozy Beautiful 1 bdr apt right in front of the beach w/ lots of light located just 15 minutes south across the border into Baja Mexico.

Its centrally located steps from all the coffee places, restaurants, bars in the malacon...

Sleep comfortably and relaxed w/ our plush bed and the sounds of the waves pounding the sand.

NOTE: If you don’t have a passport don’t worry, just bring your drivers license.

Read this

The property was clean. I initially reserved a different rental, when I arrived I checked my emails for info to access rental, no codes or messages received. Spoke with host, he said there was an overbooking online, but there was anther rental available, ground floor. Stove is very dangerous, cannot tell if the burner is leaking gas, i avoid using. Easy access to the beach. Kids enjoyed their time. When we left, packed our vehicle, immediately we were pulled over by the Police, they wanted us to peel our window tint off, or to pay them $$ so we could leave and avoid delays. Be sure to arrive to TJ with out window tint or else you'll get robbed by the Police. But the apartment was great, we slept well. My only issue was the Police.

Great vies of the ocean. No heaters! Was cold!

Beautiful views if the ocean. Ver cold, though. Needs a space heater at least. Also, was a bit of a struggle to get the door codes to get in.

Clean and comfortable

Maps had us in wrong area so it took a bit to find. Street names are not visible so I was glad we had daylight. Place could use a little TLC. It was clean but needs some small repairs. Didn’t have hot water. Apparently was out of propane but was promptly addressed and the owner allowed us extra time past the check out to shower. Overall experience was good and the place is cute. Views awesome since you’re right in front of the beach. Just know this is Playas so there can be a not so pleasant smell at certain times. We knew that when we boooked but just know in advance.

Decent Place For Tijuana

Pros: - Right on the beach - Safe Area - Good food near by (Koi Sushi) - Quiet building Cons - Only two towels - Hot water is spotty and luke warm at best If you are used to staying in places in Tijuana then you will feel right at home. If you are used to an American style condo just set your expectations a little lower.
