No outlet in the bathroom, no hair dryer, I told them in reception do not clean the room but they open the door to leave towels without authorization from me, in the pool girls in topless, families with children, not coming back to this hotel !!

Todo bien con el hotel . Pero t estan persiguiendo para pagar un cafe . No puedes pedir algo en el bar o resturant a la habitacion o abrir una cuenta y tienes q pagarlo inmediatamente . La verdad el servicio del personal muy regular . Pero el hotel muy bien ..

This is a new hotel. It was a 3 night stay for my wife and I. The exterior of the hotel is very nice and attractive. They have a nice pool and patio area. The staff is very friendly. The housekeeping situation, however, needs to be improved. Both mornings that we recieved housekeeping service.......they would forget replenish soap and enough towels for both of us. There is a coffee maker in the room but they would forget to replenish the coffee for the coffee maker. We had to go find the housekeepers to get these items. Guest do not like to be inconvenienced and frustrated for these type of things. They also did not clean the bathroom the second morning we were there. There is a great restaurant, El Portero, in the front of the hotel that we strongly recommend. It is so convenient to the hotel. The breakfast buffet we had on the Saturday morning we checked out.......was terrible. Most of the food was obviously leftover from their restaurant from the day before. It was breakfast but they were serving day old chinese food, sushi and other leftover food from the day before. The only thing fresh were scrambled eggs, bacon and some fruit. We were very disappointed with the buffet and it was not free. Had to pay for that. We should have gone to the restaurant. Not sure if we will stay at this hotel again. Many other great ones to choose from in Tijuana.

Me encantó , la habitación que me dieron estaba muy limpia , es céntrico , tiene gimnasio y baños de vapor , cuenta con jacuzzi y alberca por cierto , magnífica atención por parte de Roberto (encargado de la alberca) 10

Excelente atención por Roberto , es el encargado de la alberca, te facilita todo, les recomiendo preguntar por el , tiene actitud de servicio y es muy amable.

Es un hotel nuevo por lo que las instalaciones y la limpieza en general son buenas. Excepto por la atención de las recepcionistas desde el registro hasta el check out fue muy descortés de su parte. Así mismo se solicitó un secadora de cabello y nunca llegó. Aparte marcan a la habitación dos horas después y cuelgan. No lo recomiendo y No regresaría dado que el precio de la habitación fue muy elevado para el servicio que ofrecen.

Everything is very close to the hotel. You only get one key for your room so if you have company its difficult to get it without assistance. A lot of food options in walking distance or cheap uber rides. The rooms dont have fridges so asking for ice becomes a hassle.
