It was an excellent stay. Although getting into Mexico was horrible and destructive to my being...and I will never go back. After 30 or more years the place had nothing to do with it, but it was an horrible experience.

They have air conditioners in the room, but they don't want to give the remote for the ac's when they're clearly visible in the room boxes. The AC had a light on meaning it was plugged in, but the guy at the lobby said they don't have AC in any rooms, I was disappointed. Also, don't get a room facing plaza Cecilia, because the Karaoke is VERY loud all weekend, you won't even be able to hear the TV, especially if it's hot and need the windows open because they don't want to let you use the AC

There was no ac in June, no hot water in the showers, no cable tv, and they shut off the water the morning of our check out as I just got in. The building was not up kept. The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stay in and I was amazed that it was a popular hotel but the stay was horrible!
