Family vacation

Our stay at ULIV in Mexico was excellent. The location was perfect—close to several attractions, great dining options, and just minutes from the border for an easy return trip. The room was clean, the parking felt secure, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Will definitely stay again!

Amazing place that was very secure. Front desk were very helpful and nice! The parking was also very safe and covered. There is soo many restaurants and bars a few minutes walking.

Excellent & Safe Place in Tijuana

This place has a great view, is clean, is right on the main Revolución Blvd and check in/out is super easy. Plus the host’s communication is amazing (English & Spanish). Plus they have secured parking as well. Definitely recommend it and I plan on saying again.

Bright, Safe and Comfortable

Although we only stayed one night, the place was perfect for our stay. It's located a few blocks south of the busy part of Av. Revolucion, so it's quiet but very close to the action. The building is only a few years old, and it's got off-street parking and a 24-hour guard. The room was super clean and very bright, but it has blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. There's also a full-size washer, dryer and refrigerator.

It is a nice property. The furnishings could be more comfortable but it was ok. Location is great until night - Av. Revolucion starts partying and goes all night, so remember to use the ear plugs they provide!

The apartment was amazing. Perfect for two people and was very cozy. I enjoyed my stay and everything was in working order. The apartment was very well decorated and I felt right at home. The host was very responsive and helpful. One of the best places I’ve stayed at since visiting TJ frequently. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for luxury, comfortable, convenient and safe accommodation while in TJ.

This place was excellent! It exceeded our expectations, and it will always be my first choice when coming back. The host was responsive, the building staff were all helpful and welcoming, and the amenities were outstanding. We found this place because it is pet friendly, but I would recommend it over everything else whether you are traveling with your furry family or on a solo trip. The view is pretty spectacular as well. We enjoyed the San Diego fireworks for July 4th without needing to return to the US.

I've stayed here a few times, when I frequent Tijuana. This is my favorite place, I have ever stayed at in Tijuana. I feel like I am at home, instead of an apartment. Such a beautiful place, with an amazing view. Very modern, safe, great communication with host, and overall great deal. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay again and again. This is by far the best place I've ever stayed in Tijuana. Not only is this the best location, I felt very safe. It's quiet at night. It has a very beautiful view of all of Tijuana. The place is very modern and beautiful. It has an intimate feeling, and doesn't feel like you are staying at a hotel, it feels like you're staying at home. I love this place. I also love the communication with the host, who is very nice. All around, I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you for your hospitality!

Home away from home.

Great rental. Bit of noise from the bar on 9th street. Very clean and updated decor. Temperamental shower temp. Wasn’t able to find the sweet spot. Parking spot is a bit reduced. Would stay again.

First time, a little learning curve in getting into the property with gate code, email, and check-in. Communicating to the parking security your checking in. But good experience overall. A lot of construction in nearby area, but good views from balcony. Staff on call responded promptly with questions in checking in.

Staff was amazing and good communication. Walking distance to the night life on revolution street. Need to spend a little extra on a better couch and shower head. Dryer was not working properly, which would have been great during the rainy stay. More towels would be nice too. Rooftop with views are nice and the view from the room is not that bad. Communication with property owner and apartment staff was great!

Nice apartment but pricey due to it’s condition

Great location of the property in a modern looking building near La revolución. Instruction to get in very vague and could improve. Door lock is hidden and in the dark is not noticeable. I tried calling the attendant and would not answered neither phone or msgs. I had to go downstairs and guard show me the location of lock . Place is comfortable but the sheets are stained as well as the towels and really need replacement. The kitchen is very spare: No spoons at all or only one wine glass. To finish the stay, no hot water. I called the apartment attendant Blanca several times and did not answered. Given all the above the apartment is too pricey for what you get .

My wife and I have stayed at Pueblo Amigo, Rio Rita, Ticuan, and now we've added this apartment. All properties are good. Staying in this apartment was nice having a much larger environment, and having a full fridge and balcony was nice as well. The major downside for us is the lack of a T.V. in the bedroom and rundown futon as a couch for the Livingroom. T.V.'s are inexpensive, so I recommend to the owner purchasing a minimum 50" and mount it directly to the wall at the foot of the bed. Providing coffee for at least 2 people and at least one cup per day would be nice too. Lasty to anybody who has problem sleeping with noise, there is an open air busy bar with live music and DJ directly across the street that the apartment overlooks. It is extremely loud inside the apartment at night and they stayed open until at least 4am possibly later. My wife and I were not that bothered because we are able to sleep through loud environments, but it would be problematic to sensitive sleepers. I like exploring new places, but overall, I would stay here again in the future and would recommend it to friends/family. BTW, the Italian restaurant next to the bar across the street has outstanding food! :)
