「The host was super responsive and very generous with their property. We enjoyed the pool; it was quiet, and we had it all to ourselves. It was hot, so the AC was much needed, and the house looked great.」

「Juan (property manager) is a good with communication and very welcoming to his beautiful house. He is very respectful and honest. No problems with Juan.On the other hand, His cleaning lady sucks! She will Accuse you of her’s or pervious family mistakes that have not been identified. As the owner cannot always make it to his property, which is not his fault as he does not see all things after people check out.Pro tip, take notes and Pictures of anything to avoid any issues with the lady!」

「All pictures the you see in the app is like scam they took the pictures to make look so nice all the furniture is old and broken the mini fridge is a tiny fridge and rusty. To get in the gate super old you need like 3 people to open the door. All doors you need push hard to get in. The bed sheets it doesn’t smell clean, the fans it doesn’t work properly it was super hot if you open the doors In the rooms to get some air is not safe because some can get inside. Terrible experience」

「The property was really nice and clean. Not sure if it was my GPS or not but typing in the address and attepting to locate the property was difficult. Luckily security was very helpful. I would have given all 5 Stars, but once I checked in, I attempted to communicate with the owner in regards to location of pool keys but he never answered after check in. Also, a major reason for not giving 5 stars was the property has no Air Conditioning. It was impossible to sleep before 11 pm due to extreme...

「This place looks great but if you cant take showers or go to the restroom especially after a long day at the beach it will be your worst nightmare. We contacted the owner but she claim that she did not know about the water situation in the private new development area. I will never stay here again.」

「We liked the apartment and the area. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was feeling just a tad bit small for two adults maybe a little worn but other than that we were happy!」

「The property was double booked. There is a tenant leaving there. We traveled from la and when we get there iy was not available for is without a warning from expedia and the host. I t was confirmed and paid one month before going to the place. Very bad experience 」
