「La habitación era tal cual fue plasmada en las fotografías, muy limpia y espaciosa. La atención en línea para ingresar o solicitar apoyo fue eficaz, amable y oportuna. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar lugares cerca de la Alameda y el Centro Histórico, y la zona es bastante segura.
El único problema fue que el fregadero de la cocina desprendía un olor desagradable a desagüe (probablemente falta cambiar la trampilla interna), no a todas horas, pero si suficiente para ser molesto. No...

「Great location, modern, clean and quiet rooms. Courteous staff.
suggestions:
Bathroom door didn’t work. They seemed completely unaware which is disappointing considering number of rooms and how obvious the issue was. They offer another bedroom but didn’t have the view/balcony of first one.
Provide Local TV channels, everything was YouTube, Spotify and paid apps.」

「The property should not be rented do to all the problems we had to deal with from broken appliances to leaking ceiling we had to use a bucket to keep the water from flooding down the hall way, over all very bad experience, our familia would not be coming back after so many years staying at the Paloma’s!」

「The property was exactly as described. The place was spacious and perfect if you are looking for a private space to relax. Because of the hurricane we lost a night but were reimbursed by the property as promised without any hassle at all.
When reading the reviews it was mentioned that the low ceiling could be an issue, I did find out that that is true but otherwise the place was fantastic!」
