「Our family stayed at Coco’s villa and Casa Chanty. There was a little mix up with check in, but very quickly handled. Alberto, Cristina and Damien were all extrememly helpful. We had amazing welcome dinner by chef Beto, who also did some shopping for us. We were visiting for a wedding at Nickelodeon resort, but didn't want to stay there. This was very close to that and Puerto Morelos, where we had many amazing meals. Highly recommended, we will be back!」

「The staff was nice and very helpful however the Penthouse was in need of a lot of work the electric stove was not working the first day we got there, the kitchen sink had no hot water there was no water throughout the apartment for two days. The staff did bring up a trash can full of water for flushing of toilets, At that time the pool was also closed started off our vacation very frustrating.
