Nice location on the Pacific coast

The location, layout of home, and the amenities were very nice. You have a great view of the ocean. The cleaning crew could do a better job of getting the home ready for guests.

Radar Love LOVE!!

The view is spectacular, the hike to the beach is charming but not super easy for those who have any problems with lots of uneven terrain. However the beach walk and exploration is fantastic and there are several beaches within a short drive that are accessible. It was cleans and roomy for our stay. Plenty of seating and well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Well stocked, but rough around the edges.

Well stocked kitchen, excellent location, great views. It had a bit of a funky smell, especially in the basement. The patio furniture was rusty, which was unfortunate because it made the deck less useful. The carpet and walls were stained—could use a paint job and a deep cleaning. Also, there weren’t coffee tables in the living room, which could explain a stain or two. All in all, a nice place and good experience, but not quite amazing.

Fantastic location

The view from the porch is exactly as pictured with no more obstruction as you pan to the left. The quiet location was perfect for our family of 3 and Short Beach is picturesque and perfect. The furnishings were older but clean and the kitchen was well stocked with nice, clean cookware. We had one problem with a foul odor but the Vacasa staff were responsive and great to work woth. We highly recommend this property for a low key, quiet location with good access to other places.

Absolutely wonderful peaceful retreat for our family! This is probably one of our absolute favorite VRBO houses ever! The panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean are stunning. We loved all of the windows and being able to open them and hear the Ocean. The short walk to the beach feels enchanted. Our kids loved looking for agates and finding starfish too. Short beach is definitely a very unique special little beach. This house is in a prime location to go explore Cape Mears lighthouse, tunnel beach, and the Tillamook creamery. The house has plenty of space, board games, and a very well stocked kitchen. The communication was excellent with Vacasa staff. We were camping near Mt. Rainier and needed to come stay at the house a night early and the vacasa staff were very accommodating. We were so grateful! We made some very special memories as a family exploring the Oregon Coast for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
