The view from our room was amazing. We could see the beach and the rock formations and the beautiful sunsets. The bed was large and super comfortable. The room is in walking distance to coffee shops restaurants and the beach.

It might have been a good stay, except for the fact that the Oceanview was none existant, due to a huge crack in the rooms ONLY window. This allowed for moisture to enter between the glass pane and create a complete fogged up veiw. Not very classey.

Appreciate they’re pet friendly and had extra poop bags. But it was hella noisy, the windows don’t open and mine had a big crack.

This is a small property with self entry so no interaction with staff. The view was beautiful. Clean and comfortable room. The jetted tub was great!

Disappointed with condition and customer service
I was very disappointed with my stay. This is the second time I've visited Three Arch Inn and the experience was nothing like the first. Upon arrival we noted a large crack in the window, which was disappointing but not a huge deal. Then we saw that the tub jets were not functional, which had been a big draw to stay the location. Later, when we attempted to use the bath, we discovered the tub stopper did not work either, so it would not hold water, rendering the tub unusable. Shortly after, we found a puddle of water on the ground and on our food in the fridge, as it had been turned off prior to our arrival. None of these issues were detailed in the listing. I reached out via email (per their emailed directions) during the visit about the issues and still have not received a reply. I also reached out when asked about my stay via Hotels.com, received apologies and an offer for free future stay. When I inquired about how I would claim that stay, I received no response again. As such, I cannot recommend this accommodation to other travelers.

We are sorry that your experience was unpleasant.. We investigated the tub and find that the stopper is working properly and tub holds water. It may be that it was not completely locked down. As for the window, it is being replaced as soon as the county issues our permit and the tub is scheduled to be replaced this winter. We do want you to enjoy staying with us and we would like to offer you a free night if you would like to return.

Overall, we’d stay there again, just not on a Monday as nothing around was open. Had to drive 10 miles for food. The parking was also tight so wouldn’t recommend if you drive a large vehicle.

Beautiful Views
Went on a girl's trip for my best friend's birthday. The view and access to the beach was amazing. The one staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and so were the beds. The only minus for us was that the large windows had no privacy tint and one over looked the main street and the other the stairs leading up to the hotel. So you had to choose between a view obstructed by dark screens for privacy or allowing anyone outside to see into the room.

The view makes it a good stay. The kitchen was ample but with my sis- and brother in law taking the other room the quarters were a little tight. Not having any staff on site was a little inconvenient, but things worked out well.

Loved the view of the corner room. The kitchen was great to cook our dinner since the restaurants for breakfast and dinner were closed when we were there. Very comfortable and clean. The only suggestion, as you walk into the bedroom the queen bed on the left was way to soft they need a new mattress

Three Arch Inn has captivating views of the ocean from the enormous bay window in the room. The ocean is a stroll across the street. As others have said, be prepared to grab snacks/ water ahead of time as the few surrounding cafes close early. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Although there is no cell phone service in the area, the property has excellent wifi to connect to. Only issue with the room was that the bathtub needed to be drained as water would accumulate while showering. Otherwise, all was great and I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to others. Thank you for the memories.

What a find! The accommodation is outstanding - amazing huge and very comfortable bed, room was decorated to a very high standard (and spotlessly clean). Huge TV with Netflix (although we never even tried the TV). The view out the huge window onto the bay is the real highlight though - why watch TV when you can look at that! Breakfast is not included, but there is a lovely little cafe below the shop where we ate instead. No mobile phone reception here, but the wifi worked perfectly. Note that its self checkin. They text an access code to your phone, but that doesnt seem to work for international numbers. They emailed to say it had been sent, and to call if not received - which I did, and was provided the code over the phone instead, so all good. We would definitely stay again if passing though, hopefully for longer that 1 night too, as the surrounding area is lovely!

I couldn't easily use the TV. Got so frustrated with it I finally just went to bed. Took me a few minutes to figure out that I had to go to the upper street to get into the Inn. Then, after I went into the building, I had to knock on the first door to find someone to help me find my room and let me know what I had to do to get into it. I did not have my computer with me and I received no text info letting me know my room number and the entry info I needed, I did finally succeed though and had a wonderful night's sleep.
