Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. 「We needed a place in red Hook near Bard College- this is a great location. It is clean and spacious with AC and ceiling fans. No fold out couch, so unless everyone is sleeping in the bed, bring a bedroll and sleeping bag! 」

「Lynn’s apartment was convenient, comfortable and charmingly old-fashioned. Great beds! Our only complaint is a frequent one for us at rental properties- way too much Febreeze! I detest the odor and I don’t think it really cleans anything…..」

「We loved our studio — it was cozy, charming, and fit our needs perfectly. Frank went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and his hospitality really stood out. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, the space felt welcoming, and little touches made it even more enjoyable. 「We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!」

「We had a wonderful stay in Saugerties with our dogs. The location is super convenient with the grocery store and Dunkin Donuts just a few steps away. The main street is also very close by. The house itself is extremely clean and has everything you need. Comfortable beds and extra towels. Nice kitchen and backyard grill. Highly recommend. 」
