「Immediately walked into a clean, organized home! My family enjoyed their stay here, and I would recommend this house for families. Everything was very clean and ready for us! The few small cons is the upstairs window cooling units are not powerful enough to keep it comfortable during a summer day when the sun is out, and because it is an older house there is some floor noise when walking. Overall I’d recommend this property and say it was a good value.」

「Listing was very accurate, clean and with items necessary for the stay. The location was 9 minutes from Duke University Hospital which is what we needed but not in a neighborhood but rather on an exceptionally busy main artery. Parking suitable for only two vehicles and was difficult to navigate in order to drive out. The house sits considerably lower than the street and due to infrastructure the bottom of the vehicle was scraped each time we exited. No ceiling fans in the house, odd for NC....
