“Nice and helpful reception staff. No working Air conditioner as the building was still in winter mode.”

“there is gym room ”

“Dejligt hotel, super morgenmads buffet. Vores værelse var stort og sengene var gode. Kæmpe terasse, der dog desværre manglede møbler så den kunne ikke rigtig bruges til noget. Fin parkering. Hotellet har ikke restuarent og der er lidt langt til centrum ”

“Wir hatten erst eine Wohnung vom diesem Vermieter wo direkt als wir uns auf das Bett gesetzt haben dieses auseinandergefallen ist. Wir haben versucht den Vermieter zu erreichen dies klappte an dem Tag nicht, sodass wir bei Bekannten schlafen mussten weil wir ja kein bett hatten. Dann am nächsten Tag haben wir ihn erreicht und uns wurde eine Wohnung gegeben, dies war nett aber die Wohnung war qualitätiv ein graus. Dennoch nahmen wir dies an. An sich ist die Wohnung gut geschnitten aber die……

“Newly refurbished hotel to a high standard. Staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast waiter who shared his knowledge of the history of Romania and Timisoara with us. Very conveniently located to easily walk to everywhere. ”

“Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general. ”
