"The room vas clean and the staff was great"

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us."

Wir haben versucht den Vermieter zu erreichen dies klappte an dem Tag nicht, sodass wir bei Bekannten schlafen mussten weil wir ja kein bett hatten. "Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general. "
