Wir waren für 7 Tage da, 5 Erwachsene, 1 Baby und ein Hund. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus mit Pool und Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Klaudio, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er versteht gut Deutsch und konnte uns alles auf Deutsch erklären. Immer wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder Unterstützung benötigten, konnten wir ihm eine WhatsApp schicken und er hat sich sofort gekümmert. Er war regelmäßig da um den Pool zu checken, aber immer so früh am Morgen, dass wir ihn nicht bemerkt haben. Der Garten ist umzäunt, sodass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Im Haus haben wir überwiegend die obere Etage genutzt, Klaudio hat uns hierbei auch unterstützt das wlan nach oben zu verlegen. Es gibt ausreichend Toiletten, was bei so vielen Leuten sehr wichtig ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Super schöne Villa und sehr schönes Grundstück.

Super schöne Villa und sehr schönes Grundstück. Sehr gepflegt. Pool (unbeheizt) ist ebenfalls sehr schön und das Wasser brannte keinerzeit in den Augen. Leider war das Wetter nicht besonders, so dass das Wasser doch sehr frisch war. Vermieter ist äußerst nett und hat uns mit Wein, Schnaps und Gebäck empfangen. Frische Eier haben wir bei einem 'Gegenbesuch' ebenfalls bekommen. Die Villa ist funktional eingerichtet und hat uns mit fünf Kindern für eine Woche vollkommen gereicht. Gas- und E-Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkombi, sowie Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Zweite Küche gäbe es zusätzlich im EG. Wer puren Luxus in der Villa und um das Grundstück herum erwartet ist hier fehl am Platz. Die Villa ist gut gedämmt, so dass die zwei Nachbarshunde bei geschlossenenen Fenstern nicht wirklich stören. Zum Entspannen eignet sich die Villa auf jeden Fall. Durch die geräumige Villa und das große Grundstück ist es auch ideal für Kinder. Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt/ummauert.
