「We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group.」

Was clean, tidy and had everything there we need even had games to play for the evenings. Went out the one night to the local (London inn) and the was live music. Would defo stay again 」

「All great , everything prepared for guests on time. Only one thing that nowhere wasn’t mentioned that there is top up electric and we need to buy this additionally . For a week we spent 10 as almost not stayed there which is good . Otherwise all good, few spiders in the house and some spiderwebs as well . 」

「This property is superb for a large family, with a lovely garden and we loved the fact that were 2 living rooms as it meant we could dedicate the end room as the children's playroom with their favourite films on the tv, while using the other living/dining room for more adult pursuits.
