Hotel poniżej oczekiwań. Zdecydowanie nie odpowiada standardowi BW Premier. Braki w konserwacji wyposażenia i urządzeń w pokoju. Śniadanie kiepskie. Produkty wyglądające na nieświeże. Internet beznadziejny. Postępowanie z reklamacjami poniżej krytyki. Musiałem interweniować w centrali BW aby uzyskać zwrot nadpłaconej kwoty. Zdecydowanie odradzam! To nie jest tendencyjna opinia. W ciagu roku odwiedzam dziesiatki hoteli i naogół wystawiam bardzo pozytywne opinie. Nie mam wygórowanych oczekiwań ale ten hotel pobił wszelkie rekordy.

Nära till huvudstråket

Trevligt hotell med 5-10 minuters promenad till huvudstråket i Tirana. Via bokningen så ingår tydligen inte hotell-momsen (20%) som vi var tvungna att betala innan vi fick åka. Trots det så var upplevelsen klart positiv.

Indifferent staff, cold" hot" breakfast and poor facilities. This was my first and last visit
