Great stay

Fantastic hotel great stay. We loved it!! Staff very accommodating and managed to get us as a family into one room rather than having 2 separate rooms. Room was lovely and had all amenities in the room. The indoor pool was lovely. The water was very warm and the kids loved it. Lovely stay thank you!

Tony at the valet was welcoming and a gentlemen. Front desk staff was accommodating to our needs and helpful with local places to visit. Whenever I’m in Tirana, this hotel will be my choice.

Hotel and staff are very nice. AC was switched to heating a week before arrival which we didn’t know. It was a bit warm in the room but once we opened the balcony door and kept it open throughout he night it felt cool.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Collection Morina Hotel. The room was elegant and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the magnificent view over the city – absolutely stunning both during the day and at night. The breakfast was lovely, and Adrianna who works there is truly one of the kindest people I’ve met – she made every morning feel warm and welcoming. The restaurant also deserves special mention, as the food was excellent and beautifully prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel, with amazing breakfast buffet in the pleasant company of Andriana, leads trying to make sure everyone was happy. Nice pool, also indoors. Henrik the waiter was also excellent! All in all we would recommend this hotel.

The property was excellent. However, we discovered on arrival that the pool was yet to open for the ‘season’. This was the last week in May (school holidays) and the temperature was in excess of 30 degrees all week. It wasn’t specified on their website what ‘seasonal’ meant. Our whole reason for choosing this hotel was its outdoor pool. They eventually opened the pool on our last day (Friday). This disappointment soured an otherwise excellent property.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s a beautiful place at first glance, I found the overall experience disappointing compared to the high prices they charge. The rooms are expensive, yet the amenities don’t match the cost. There’s no swimming pool, no complimentary drinks, no free breakfast, and the parking is very limited. On top of that, the bar prices are outrageously expensive. Service was just average, not at all the kind of upscale experience you’d expect for what you’re paying. For the price point, I expected much more in terms of hospitality and offerings. Unfortunately, it feels like a rip-off rather than a luxury stay.

Fint hotel med god pool og glimrende mad. Dog var betjening ikke særlig god. Betjeningen både i reception og i restauranterne var ustruktureret og arrogant. Mange sære regler. F.eks. måtte man ikke spille kort i restauranten, mens man fik en drink, men andre måtte gerne side og se fodbold.

Sehr gut gelegen an einem kleinen See, immer noch in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum durch einen grossen Park. Wunderbarer Spa in Keller mit Pool, Sauna, Jacuzi, Dampf, und Salzraum. Hervorragendes Restaurant. In nächster Nähe sind Cafes und weitere Restaurants. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren dort während einer Behandlung und haben es sehr geschätzt.
