I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are great. It is located and walkable to everything of interest. I was able to walk there from the airport bus stop in about 10 minutes. The shower was difficult to use as there is no curtain or shower door, and the breakfast buffet could be better maintained. The front desk staff, a young man, was very helpful and I appreciated his help. I would recommend this hotel.

I had another wonderful stay at this hotel in Tirana. The reception team was, as always, very welcoming, attentive, and professional. I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Geraldina, the manager, for her help, kindness, and professionalism. Many thanks as well to Ermali and Dimitri for their warm welcome and excellent service. I have chosen this hotel several times and I always return with pleasure. I truly appreciate the hospitality, the service, and the way the team treats its guests. Thank you for another great stay. I will be happy to return again!
