「The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!」

What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei.」
