“The accommodation is off-roads, 2-3 kms, needing a 4-wheeler drive (which the staff will pick you up on) to access. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness.
