「Property was very nice. Enjoyed fire pit and pavilion over looking the creek. The house was as advertised very clean and plenty of beds for large family. Kitchen plenty big enough to sit everybody. Living rooom had plenty of places to sit and watch television had netflix and not sure what other channels. Would stay again if we have the opportunity.」

「We had days of great memory making. As a mother with adult children, it was amazing to spend time with them doing so many things we did when they were growing up. Time in the creek, hikes, picking wildflowers, bad mitton, board games, fires w/ smores and meals together. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for us all. 」

「From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time.」

「Great place to be if you are looking to get away for a bit. The area is a very small town but thats exactly what we were looking for. The screened in porch is great. Owner was polite, readily available, and checked in on us. Would stay again!」

「This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back」
